Lee always comes in shape , when has he never , ohh except that time he did the Olympia looking like a mate of Kid Rocks from way out back !!!! even then his upper body was realy tight , just his legs were out !!

As much as he grizzels and complains through out his dieting he is mostly realy focused and gives it his all , and he is gifted with a fast fast metobolic rate , so he will be in shape , other wise he wouldnt do it , especialy with the drama he has had leading up to this show !!!

Sami was at Steel Gym today and he looks incredible!!!!!
Next to Dexter Jackson he has the best shape of any bodybuilder I have ever seen. The NOC should be quite interesting!!

Training in NY and NJ is great.... Bob`s gym is really hardcore gym where u can train and watch the results...

most my training was in STEEL gym.. its really good and close to my hotel...

Special thanks to :

Ernie for being there for me from the Airport till i fixed my meals and the hotel and he still supporting me..
Carlo for cooking my meal in a perfect way and on time...
Bob for well coming me in his gym and for the cool treatment...

my weight is 205-203 still going up and down coz i didnt get use to the timing yet but i am so happy with my shape and size, my posing will be cool...
i will do my best to stay close to the top places in the show...

Sorry i might not be able to take some shoots coz of the low carb i am into till tomorrow but i will do some shooting in Bobs gym but not POSING

Sami you look better than most of the guys winning the past NPC shows, dare I say as good as Phil even better cause you are not as narrow. Do you fear that you wont be able to get a shot at the big boys cause of your invovlement in the PDI. Even if you DO win?

Sami's a consummate professional. During his training, he's very centered and focused. After that, he's completely approachable and is more than willing to spend time answering training questions or questions in general. He's training and dieting hard these last few days leading up to the show. Thankfully, his bag finally arrived last night and now it's the lead up to Saturday's Pre-Judging and Evening show. I know people will be VERY impressed with his high quality physique and his stage presentation. GOOD LUCK Sami!!

THANX Ernie....... and to tell the truth so every one can read that WITHOUT ur support i would be lost down here... been so supportive and leaving ur work to pick me up from the airport, driving me all the way to NJ to fix my meal and back to NY to fix my hotel, getting my supplements, delivering my daily meals, checking on me from time to time (thats really too much

) and UNITED STATE should be proud to have a person like u, u really give great image of ur nation and that what every one should do....

Sami, you should have 5 Blue Stars under your s/name. Look at screen names for the other Pro's postings on this board and you'll see and understand why.
