McQuay is on the cover of this months muscle & fitness. I was blown away by his size.
The accompanying picture does not do him justice. You gotta see the magazine itself.
He is definetely bigger this year.

He has veins in his ribcage, stomach is incredible & chest looks awesome.
Wonder when this picture was taken ?

He will do some damage in Miami.

He does have what it take's to get to the pro's,just needed bigger arm's,good overall build.

Stan does have a great physique. Good balance and symmetry. Like someone said earlier his only weakness is his arms. Other then that he should get his pro card in Miami.

Chest looks weird to me. But other than that he looks great.

Go to T-nation.com, they are doing a special project with a t-nation trainer and biotest products, its pretty interesting.

He is one of the most appealing bodybuilding models out there. He might appear bigger than he is, since he has a better symmetry than most others and a lot of airbrushing from M&F (where are the tatoos???).

He..Will not beat any of the top guys!

I'm sure (financially) he's doing well! So how much better does he think he's gonna do if he goes pro???

Well, I can't speak for Stan. But I guess coming in 2nd and slightly missing that pro card has to make you wonder. I know if I made it that close I would try until I abtain it. Now to compete in the pro ranks is another thing. I'm sure He'll do good based on symmetry and conditioning but it'll be a shame if he tries to play the mass game like all others. I think Stan should just continue doing what he is doing. He's pretty much set for now with a hot girlfriend and a Porsche Turbo to boot

Unfortunately, a physique like Stan's would be overlooked in the pro ranks.

Sadly, he would be considered "too small" by the judges. Next thing you know, they'd want him to play the mass game, which would destroy Stan's appeal.

You made some good points! But....I absolutely believe ,that he will destroy his physique by playing the size game !

I say this because he isn't a pro ..and he already started jabbing himself up to compete,and try to beat amateurs..

The only way Stan,would get noticed,is to do what everybody else is doing !
