09-11-06: Titus and Ryan Attorney's Relief Fund
« on: September 11, 2006, 10:15:41 PM »
http://www.getbig.com/news/2006-03/060909titus.htm

As we all know, the Craig Titus & Kelly Ryan case should come to trial perhaps in January 2007, if the pretrial motions and other various motions won't delay it any more. However, quite a lot of people have asked how to help Craig & Kelly, or even how to write to them, and even though we posted it before, it is here again for all of you that want to help or write in any way.

Friends and Family of Craig & Kelly have started an Attorney's Relief fund for them, and if you want to help via donations, any person willing to donate money to the Craig Titus and Kelly Ryan Attorney's Relief fund should send a money order, not check or cash. Now, this is for the serious people who have called, emailed or wrote on asking how to help, so if you don't like the thought, then just leave it alone.

The money order should be made payable to:

The Inmate Trust Fund, and in the memo line, please put either: Craig M. Titus #1895641 or Kelly A. Ryan #1992276, or you can mention both names.

The money order should be sent to:

Clark County Detention Center
Inmate Trust Fund
330 S. Casino Center Boulevard
Las Vegas, Nevada 89101

Craig and Kelly welcome all letters from their friends, and/or people who just want to say hello to them while they are awaiting trial. Anyone wishing to correspond with either one should send their letters to:

Craig M. Titus #1895641
Clark County Detention Center 7B2
330 S. Casino Center Boulevard
Las Vegas, Nevada 89101

or

Kelly A. Ryan #1992276
Clark County Detention Center 3E21 Upper
330 S. Casino Center Boulevard
Las Vegas, Nevada 89101

I think it's a better thing that Craig is locked up. Think about it Ron, do we really want Craig running around on the outside again. He's gone Ron. Craig is now someone's bitch.

This is crazy.  Regardless of which one of them did it, they were in it together, and to think that someone would actually donate money to help murderers with their legal fees is insane.  If anything, the money should go to the family of Melissa James to help with what they have had to deal with.

It's a real stretch to think that people should help their defense fund.  Charity cases these two aren't.  These two made decent money for a period of time.

The fact is that one or both of them be out on bail...and making money...if they hadn't fled the state.

It seems in very poor taste

Ron I just don't like the idea of a "relief fund."  When I think of the word relief, I think of a massive category 5 destroying someones home.  The Katrina Relief is a reasonable "Relief" program, agree?  Whether they are guilty or innocent, relief for an attorney is a bad choice of words.  If someone can't afford an attorney (which they have managed to already) then the courts will provide him and her with their own.

But everyone knows if you get an attorney appointed its a public pretender.... i had my fair share of trials with these dipshits as my lawyer untill i got smart enough to figure out these assholes pretend, to work for you. In reality they could give a f*ck less. they get paid either way and have more cases then they can handle so they usually just let you get f*cked in a murder trial i wouldn't use one shit i wouldnt use one for a jaywalking ticket, your fine would be 1,00 dollars and 3 weeks in community service.....

I wouldn't contribute one cent to those murdering pieces of shit, and no one else should either.

I'd wipe my ass with a $100 bill and flush it before I'd send it to Craiggers.

Hope this helps.

They could have had second mortgages on thier homes to built the ice gear clothing line.  Also lawyers are getting paid about $400 and hour and maybe $50-$100k or more just for the trial.  OJ paid several million.

Cut the trite "innocent until proven guilty" horse shite, you know that both of them are responsible for this horrendous crime.  It is highly irresponsible of you to post info on paying for legal fees for two killers, and not for the victims families.

Really - no I don't. See - I don't have all of the information. So you cut the crap. Why don't you tell me exactly what happened. Where you there???? Please - I really would like to know what happened, and since you seem to have the info, please enlighten us all. Come on already. Don't hold back. We all want to know.

As for the victim's family, I am more happy to put up whatever they desire, and I do. Aka, the Memorial Page, and whatever statements they want to make. I sympathize with them, someone in no longer with us, and that is a tradegy.

Didn't write it, and received the information, and unlike some people here - others truly want to know, and help. Both Kelly and Craig's family and their friend have been affected by this too.

Never mind the bollocks.

Innocent until proven guilty - that's how our modern law system works.

Lots of credit for sticking with that.
