Cologne, sweat, soapy fresh etc.  What scent do most women prefer on their man?  Is there a scent that  would catch your attention if a man walked by you?

on a going out night, when you are dressed up...HUGO BOSS.  Its an oldie but goodie.  That will definately get you a quickie before meeting up with friends. :0)

I am partial to my sweetie's scent...especially when he has been working his cars and he is a little sweaty.  Its that mix of sweat and motor smell....sounds disgusting, I know....but its so manly thats its damn sexy!!

And NO...I dont like machanics!!  ONLY Bob!!

Clean sweat is always good.  So is soapy clean. But as far as scents go, this one may not be new, but there is no woman who won't lean in closer to a man who is wearing Davidoff Cool Water.  Every woman loves the smell of it. It's irresistible. Kenneth Cole Black is pretty good too, and Calvin Klein Obsession is a great not-too-smelly-almost-like-soap scent.

I have to say it depends on the man, ...and it depends on my mood.

I will agree with DeeDee about Davidoff's Cool Water. It is hard to resist.

I think a large part too has to do with the guys individual chemistry. I've smelled some fragrances on men that were just sooooo incredibly dreamy, you had to go in closer for another whiff ON THEM, but on other men, it made you wince.

My friend Pat wears this cheap drugstore fragrance called 'Malizia'. I just can't get enough of it ON HIM. I loved the way it made him smell so much, I bought some for my brother-in-law...  :-X  Let's just say, ...he doesn't wear it, ...and I don't blame him one bit. {lol}

An ex-boyfriend of mine once endorsed a particular fragrance. It smelled like heaven on him. A few years later, I went on a date with a guy, and when I got into his car, ...it smelled like Raid. It wasn't until later that I realized that smell was his personal chemistry mixing horribly with the very same fragrance that had smelled so heavenly on someone else. It smelled good to him, ...but I was grateful it was summertime so we could drive with the windows open. {shudder}

Soap, scent, sweat, au naturelle, ...doesn't really matter as much as the man, and as long as he smells clean. I hate when guys use a heavy hand in applying scents. There's one guy who lives in my neighbourhood who pours on the scent like he bathes in it. It's horrendous. Just standing within 10 feet of him will make your eyes water. I can always tell if he's been in the local convenience store within the past 40 mins cause he stinks up the whole place.  :-X

I prefer it when you have to get intimately close to be able to smell it. It just makes you want to get in that much closer just so you can keep smelling it.  :P

here's a question:

you wanna pick something that you think smells good or something that others think smells good?

LOL!!! Everyone knows someone like this.

You're right what you say about how all scents smell differently on people, depending on body chemistry... same goes for us too.  But somehow I've found that Cool Water seems to smell really amazingly good on a lot of people.  Not sure why.

Hands down Kenneth Cole - Black
I have even bought a few bottles for men conquests.
If you get a bottle of Black from me its saying we can play in the same sand box for a while.

I haven't found anything that does "it" for me like that one.
Just Bad Bad Blood!
