"You should prepare as though you are doing a real show i.e. wear posing trunks, tan, use coloring, oil, etc. All photographs need to show you from top to bottom and should be taken in normal room lighting. Please make sure you have a solid color white background. This will be helpful for the judges when doing comparisons. Fuzzy cell phone pics, weird angles, poor lighting, too bright, too dark and over shadowy pics will all count against you. Try to have someone else take your pics. Remember, part of the judging criteria is "presentation". You may have the best physique, but if you submit a crappy pic of your butt-white-hairy-self, don't expect to do well. " 

This includes proper poses and from what I've seen, many need work.

Well, I technically can. I have the final pics and all. I did my pre contest thing last week, made "contest day" for Tueday (yesturday) and took pics already. Not that crazy about em, so Im just gonna chill and be a spectator for this one.  Aww, thanks though for caring!

Hard to say, they all came in shape it seems, wich is paramount. Dieted down and pretty lean. Pretty impressive for folks that never stepped on stage before.. You cant tell though from the pics, you hav eto wait to see the entire package. Head to toe. The mandatories really reveal all your shortcomings, and well your strenghths...

I was looking forward to it, but thats how I am.  If im not 100% Im not doing it. There are pics of my in the members section to see where I was a month ago.

I thought this was about Getbig.com and the Mr Getbig.com contest? Why are you letting lots of companies riding on Ron Avidan's trademark for a couple of hundred dollars?

What's the alternative? Even if the contest uses Ron's trademark, bringing in the sponsors puts more prizes into the competition, enhances the Getbig community, and does not pay 240 a dime (exept for free publicity). Ron has not said anything against it, so what's the problem? Nobody is losing anything here, while many people are gaining something from it.
