hey, Romano, there was a certain magazine name TESTOSTERONE MAGAZINE. a certain writer for that magazine was dissing MD for looking like a comic book. What did you do to those guys for them to always find some negative to throw at you?

I think a GETBIG collum in MD would be genius. GETBIG is a look into the BB industry through the eyes of the kids sitting on the back of the bus. MD ALWAYS states how they are 'no nonsense, no bullshit'. Well, so is GETBIG. On GETBIG...we keep it 100% absolutley REAL and we sugarcoat NOTHING. We let no injustices slip through the cracks and we let NO lies slip past us.

 Everymonth I think Romano should pick a GETBIGGER to give their 2cents to a particular topic. Or maybe even a handdful of us. One topic or question or opinion...and have a group or two or three chine in to give their views.

 More or less...GETBIG endorses MD Magazine. Despite the ragging on Blechmans hairdo and his metrosexual ways and ragging on Hany being a trick snitch btich and Ron describing every single negroe in the magazine as a "sensual and sexual mountain of hot greasy ebony muscle"...we 'give the nod' to the MD camp.

 If one GETBIGGER would have a monthly collumn...I would say give it to 240 or Special Ed. Both are excellent writers.

 MD is supposed to be the cutting edge magazine for the scoop and info DEEP in the industry, right? Well GETBIG.com IS that deep inside scoop. GETBIG.com IS whats going on in this industry. The whole BB/FIT/FIG industry knows what power we have here in strength. They know how many eyes read these forums day in and day out. They know we can MAKE or BREAK an individual athlete, supplement company, magazine and just about everything els.

 Something to think about John...Ron, Steve.

Here is what I'm going to do.  I'm going to leave it up to you guys.  I think there should be a thread called Get Big Says - or something like that - and those who wish to contribute should post their offering in 500 words or less.  You guys vote on it, and decide by the 15th of each month what the entry will be.  I will of course reserve the right to refuse it - but only if it's really stupid or too hurtful to someone or illegal.  If I accept it, I'll print it word for word, baring any mistakes in grammar, in Romano Factor, and on line on the new MD website due to launch the end of the month.  Have at it, fellas, you have a voice.

2. Must meet requirement of one felony conviction or two misdemeanor convictions or three outstanding warrants.
3. Cannot locate "truth" in dictionary or own vocabulary.
4. Minimum of one appearance on cable television wearing dopey chef hat.
5. Must have tried anabolic steroids with either no noticeable improvement or 3 Arnold Classic wins.

Thank you!  Yes, I did like the story, but they were very insistant that I give myself a shot on camera.  It was regretable because I was out of shape from taking some time off to heal my shoulder and not really ready to gear up just yet.  It was gratuitous and I thought it was BS.  But, it was the only way I could get heard.  So, I figured, WTF?

  He is one of the more talented writers on this forum. Even Ron' I love greasy ebony mountains of muscle' Harris admitted that.

 Blechman should look into Special Ed's work. He'd be a great addition to the magazine. He is very tounge-in-cheek, direct and extensive knowledge with just about everything in this industry, he's educated, well written and creative along with humorous.

 There are alot of talent on this particular board. 240 is another one but not as talented as a plain raw WRITER as Special Ed. I like to think I'm pretty good as well...

 The point of MD being in the MAGAZINE buisness and NOT in the BB contest promotion buisness is spot on and has already been posted.

  
 I compare AMI BB publications to the supplement giant MuscleTech. it will attract the newbies and the virgins but once their cherries are popped and once more expierence is gained under their belts...they turn away from what they first started with for greener pastures. They go to MD for truth and no nonsense because they now realize that the reason why they don't have 22'' arms "like the pros" after following that 12 week "Armed and Dangerous'' routine to a T is because it takes just a little more than the Weider principles and glutamine and creatine.

 Once they realize that MT supplements did NOT give them 40lbs of 'mind blowing' muscle and they still don't get laid by the blonde on the beach...they realize its a waste of money and money would be better spent on the basic supplements in the most cost efficient way.

 How's that analogy, John? That's why MD is #1...it is because 'the newbs' moved on and got wiser.

You gotta be careful not to use 'monster' too often or incorrectly.

In the case of Spec Ed'd thes. use, you'd want to emphasize not the book, but the use of that book.  For instance, "brutal right-click, synonym usage" or "epic thesaurustic reliance".

The way John juices, he could do it until 90 with no health problems.  He's like me in that he hates the government for babying us, but rarely acknowledges that not everyone is responsible with drugs as he and I.  If everyone was like John and I, drugs probably wouldn't be illegal to begin with (providing the government could make money off them).

I think drugs should be legalized as well.  I do think they should be taken out of sports.

I’m Steve’s executive assistant and I’ve gotten emails from Special Ed which I’ve passed onto Steve.  He’s an extremely busy man, editorial director, publisher and editor-in-chief of three monthly magazines, plus CEO and president.  He feels bad that he hasn’t been able to respond but will do so in the very near future.
