1/2 life times and removal of roids from system

If one were to do several hours of cardio and sweat a ton everyday and take plenty of water and multivitamins would that help speed up getting rid of the roids in your system.  The amount that was taken was only 10 cc of deca.  Any kits out there do you know proven to pass a sports drug test?

Bro, that stuff is in your system 18 months and is far as I know it's in there to stay for that duration. That's the reason a lot of guys who run cycles for tested comps, stay away from things like deca and stick to things with shorter detection times, i.e. test-prop, tren, winny etc.
