Awesome pics Vince. Yes Ray was unreal strong.  I will always remember when he was training me for the World Championships how I passed him on every lift we did except for the squats.  I didn't really train my legs much because I ruptured my L4 & L5 squatting back in 1983 but Ray was so strong in the squat.  He always told me how did 925.  I don't remember ever seeing him do that but the way he handled 8 plates I wouldn't have doubted it.  He did that weight like candy.

And I can't believe you don't remember Vince G there while taking these pics.  he always has to try and show everyone up. ;D

did you know that vince is just one e away from venice.  So close but yet so far.  In Venice back in 93 Billy Smith was so close to Flex Wheeler but he was so far from finidng any bodyfat.  He found 0.0% on Flex!!!!!

Melvin "Vince" Goodrum used to sound respectable. I think I mistook him for another Vince. All those official letters after his name and so on. When those photos appeared I couldn't believe that could be the guy behind those serious posts. If he is fair dinkum then Vince G needs all the help he can get. Guys like that don't bother me at all. Would he come back anonymously to bag me? Naw, that isn't his style. Everyone takes a turn at knocking others here. The wit-challenged try to be funny but are only offensive.

Vince G, seeing as your online atm do you have any pictures from your first two forrays on the bodybuilding stage?(you know the ones where you said you timed your carb up perfectly and were in fantastic shape) if you do could you please post them as im having a hard time believing your not just talking bollocks again.
