I think his physique makes me wonder if during the telecast of the 93' O Jim Quinn reported that in the days leading up to the contest Billy Smith gave Flex Wheeler a skin caliper test at Golds Gym and he measured 0.0% BF, the lowest reading ever recorded at that time.

I think you need to go out to the thousandths place to see any deviation from 0.  But I could be wrong because my info comes from Billy Smith by way of Jim Quinn.

Yes you are right Flex Wheeler was the greatest bodybuider in history in my opinion but was does that have to do with the photos of that gym rat.

Great physique considering height, athleticism, the fact that most baseball players look like shit.

What are you talking about?  Cuba is in the Americas just like Mexico right?  If you are talking about indigenous mexicans well they are a minority of Mexico just like native americans are in the USA.  Mexico doesn't have a big ancestry coming from the anglos-phere ie England, Ireland, and Wales but most of the people that make up white in Mexico are from Spain, France, Germany and Italy the rest are mestizo then asian-mexicans, black-mexicans then the few indigenous groups left.
