You can't really tell from condition how far out some one is. Take Flex Wheeler back in 93 for example. In the weeks before the O he was reportedly at 0.0% BF, so you probably would have guessed that he was on contest day 0 days out. In fact though, he migh have been at Gold's just getting his BF measured by Billy Smith.

need not want not. That's the secret to dieting and getting your BF low. I hear Flex really knew how to diet. in fact back in 93 he dieted FTW all the way to 0.0% BF.

He does look smooth for 3 weeks out but I am guessing he mainly just holding a lot of water. Probably will be very different at the O. Arms are huge!

Someone said his hams are bad....have you missed his side chest shots? The man has some of the most impressive hams and adductors in the business. Maybe you mean detail from the back, then I would agree (in these pics).

I'd have to agree with you ...Dennis James is one that also looks great a few weeks out and on the day of the contest something bad happens.
