I was skeptical to until I tried it after a hard workout.  I have never felt more revitalized.  Its hard not to fall asleep in a sauna which can be bad. Good stuff.

I don't go to many open saunas - where both men and women sit. Usually the women are Fat POS, and the good conversation you always get with the guys in a sauna is lost. So that kind of sucks.

I wish Manninen or some other Finn would speak on this sauna business, since they're experts. Them Finns are absolutely crazy when it comes to saunas. Saunas, Vodka and tango...

Yes, Finns are well out of their mind.  I watched a Finn stay in a 400 degree outdoor sauna for 8 min for the world record when I was a kid.  I'll tell you what is seriously good though, is the traditional sauna and then ice bath or shower.  You'll have to search long and hard for something more refreshing than that.
