just curious to see what everybody else was doing. This is what I'm doing now:

sunday- quads/calves
monday- chest/tri's
tuesday-hams/calves
wednesday-off
thursday-back/bi's
friday-shoulders/traps
saturday-off

cardio 3 times/week 30 minutes
abs I fit in, I work them more often precontest.
