He is probably too busy, but Arnold is an essential guest.  No one has promoted the sport like him and that is what makes him the greatest bb that ever lived.  Not getting him on is like talking about basketball history and forgetting to mention Michael Jordan.

Maybe more past great bb like Franco, Sergio, Zane, etc. You can't move foward until you know where you've been, right? ;)

Greg Kovacs, and the reasons for doing an interview with him would be looking into how a company hyped him, and made every gym rookie think that Kovacs was the best BB in the world in the late 90's.

What was that like and how did it affect Kovacs?

Interview with Svend Karlsen or Bill Kazmeier (I think Zydrunas Savickas English is too crappy to hold up).

Ask Greg WTF made you decide to walk on a bb stage? He was a huge guy but the physique looked like someone took a Louisville slugger to him.

I know that names bring listeners but the fact of the matter is there's just not enough decent conversation in the show and even if these guys are leading interesting lives they mostly seem reluctant to devulge details about them.

I have to say that if you want a quality show in terms of being something that is engaging you might need to look into bringing on people who really have something to say, people with wit.. ironagers, people like svend karlsen who love the exposure, perhaps even valentino etc

Honestly it bores the shit out of me listening to Ronnie talk about himself.  I don't think he's lacking intellect by any stretch but he is a very simple man and there's really not a lot that needs to be said.

What will you weigh
Will you continue
What do you think about X competitor (always a question of irrelevence, you get at best a diplomatic answer about how they're 'doing really good' and how 'i'll have to watch out for them')

Boring as shite.  Yes he's a big name in bodybuilding but no he is not an interesting man and thats certainly not a negative comment.

And before you challenge me to come up with a question that is worthy of RC Chick I'll point out that even with my esteemed imagination I couldn't think of anything that would pass the censor/be compelling.  I'll be the first to submit a question asking kamali to prove his claimed arm size should he get back on though :)

As a sidenote I do laugh when I hear Shawn on the radio, that mofo loves the sound of his own voice :)

I would pay $10 to listen to a 45-minute clip of True Adonis interviewing Tom Prince, no holds barred.

No, wait.

I's pay $20 to hear it.

I think you're right, because lots of these guys are either too boring, or doesn't have the media experience, given the fact that a whole lot of their lives probably is a bit shady, they will be reluctant to talk about it openly, just doesn't have the experience to discuss hot issues without getting trapped in situations where they would 'fess up to whatever.

Put any Ronnie Coleman live on the radio , one-on-one with a really good interviewer, and Ronnie is bound to tell everything about his career, his prep contest cycles, and stuff that he wants to keep secret.

He wouldn't be able to deal with the situation.

Guys like Ray and Cicherillo are able to handle shit like that, they just sit back and won't get agitated.

They have other problems, nothing major - love of own voice (Ray) and trying to be friends with everyone (Cicherillo) 8).

Show could try getting guys who aren't afraid of voicing their opinions, guys who are known to speak out.

Poliquin is a guy I would make sure I'd listen to.

Having a guy like Poliquin, or perhaps Clyde Hart (track trainer at Baylor and Jeremy Wariner's coach) would be awesome.

But it would also require that not only Solomon, but Cicherillo prepares and does research in advance.

This show should be the best. The hosts have the quality, just needs to bring the guests and material up a notch.

i agree with a large amount of that it is painfully ovbius that alot of these bodybuilders do not have media exp and dont make for good listening compare jose canseco on the radio to ronnie or dorian. there ahve been a few entertaining bodybuilders on such as king kamali, victor martinez but entertainment should be number one
