anyone on here smoke ?  I have of several bb's who smoke, Markus Ruhl for one.

A year ago or so I read that some bodybuilders would smoke pot to help them relax and eat more after a workout...I tried it for about 2 weeks and it worked pretty well, until I started getting really lazy at work....Go figure... ::)

Yup. I'm known to have a wad of Skoal Wintergreen in my grill while I train...it doesnt bother me. I know some guys who try dipping and training and wind up shitting themselves and or getting real sick and queasy.
