Couldn't they afford to paint the whole stage white? Did they run out of paint?

 dude its an old theatre and a good one, right in the center of Time Square. ITs called character. Were do you go see your theatre in Branson MI. Where everything is painted pretty colors. This is New York dude, toughen up, it can't all be pretty for you midwestern boys.

BTW, the stage looked good, great lighting, subtle background  and the sponsor names were displayed quietly as well, they did not distract from the show like at IFBB events.

There are some guys that look unbeatable in the gym but very beatable on stage. Then there are guys that don't impress you a whole lot in the gym, and then when you see them on stage, the overall shape and lines, and in condition, you're like DAMN! I've seen it many times.
