I have worked my ass off, I purchased a caliper and am down to 14% BF, great shape for me :).  But as you all know thats still to high.  So I am really sorry but I have to withdraw  :'(.

Thanks for the motivation,  I have worked harder than ever in the last 3 months.  I will be ready to kick ass in Mr.Getbig 2007.  8)

P.S.  Wasn't sure where to post this so sorry if this isn't a good place  :P.

Just keep at it bro, you dont have to diet down for a contest..........do it for yourself.  I hvae been at it since feb   :o

Thanks, yeah, I am doing it for myself now.  One thing Adonis is right about is that its to easy. :D 

I also started writing down everything I eat.  That has helped sooo much.  8)

Hey benfun I am sorry to hear you're not competing but congrads in improving your physique. If you are down to 14% that is great news. Make yourself some goals week to week wether to improve a lift by 5 pounds or lose 2 pounds of fat.
