everyone is tired of his shit. 

why would he compete in the PDI?  just to stir shit.  what a fucking idiot.  he would gain nothing by doing the show.  dont know what the prize money is - it cant be that much- and twin lab probably wont renew his contract when he's suspended, not competiting.  we all know how lee looks when he's not doing a show. 

between this last stund and him constanly fucking over promoters.  enough is enough.

its a shame bc he used to be a great bber.

bc when you have a pro card, you have to pay a fee every year to keep it active and allow you to compete.  that's why ken jones and jocelyn peliter (sp?) are still allowed to competed. 

when you pay, i'm sure there is something in there that says you can only do IFBB shows.

Maybe the PDI will be better and suspend him for drug use. Isn't there supposed to be drug testing at the NOC? It was in the email Chick posted.

That's why he could try to sue... inconsistency in applying the rules.  If he does, look for the IFBB to react very much the way they reacted to Jay Cutler's threat to sue them. The last thing they want or need is a public spotlight shining into the IFBB, and a messy court case, win or lose, would all but guarantee that.  ;)

Used to be a great bber?  I think its safe to say that Lee still is a great BBuilder and he is one that will not wreck his look....No palumboism in sight for Lee Preist...

People have been suspended for drug use...and are still subject to testing and suspention, if they fail the test...

Thye porn stuff is clearly spelled out in the code of conduct...it is a series of "ideals" that one should try and follow and uphold...they are not the rules, even though they can be enforced.

EVERY sport has them...not just BB, or the IFBB specifically. "conduct unbecoming", "substance abuse", etc...are all part of those enforcable rules in sports, even though they have nothing to do with the "rules" of baseball, football, etc....

Don't know and don't care...not my job. Why would the athletes be complaining about NOT being tested?

The onus is on the IFBB to impose testing...If they elect not to....great.

You're splitting hairs... if you can be sanctioned for something, it's a rule.  Call it a "series of beliefs", "code of conduct", "law", "suggestion", whatthefucckever, if you pay a penalty for breaking it, it has the effect of a RULE, period.

I'm not splitting hairs...I'm explaining to you that there IS a difference...a BIG ONE>

The RULES clearly state that you cannot compete for a rival federation, or you WILL be suspended. This particular rule has been enforced 100% of the time, without exception.

The code of Conduct SUGGESTS that you refrain from certain activity, porno, talking trash about the judging, other athletes, etc....and has been enforced by way of warnings, letters of apology, etc...a HANDFUL of times...
