I still have 2 weeks to go guys, no need to panic. I will get harder and harder in the last 2 weeks and I still have a few punds to give since I am still 275 lbs in these shots. I thing I will bring it, last year I already listened to my body and came in bigger and harder and this year I'm doing just the same thing ,listening to myself and so far I get nothing but possitive comments from people who know me and saw me personally yesterday and in the past 2 weeks and they all say the same. I off to the US today to just concentrate on getting ready for the O.
No changes in my diet I'm doing the same thing I was doing 10,8,6,4,2 weeks out.
No carb depletion and no carb loading just cruising on low carbs like I do since I started dieting. Yes low carbs.. people dont believe when they hear it but it's the truth low carb is what works for me and I will not change anything for noone this time.
