I understand that apparently it has been a rule in the book "since day one", I think that bob guy said that.  If it has been, then why didn't they ban arnold when he competed outside the ifbb? or can they enforce rules as they want and turn their head the other way as they please?

uhhh....of course they can----its there federation they can do whatever they want

they banned the WBF guys for a while..

then they let them all back in to bury them

I'm not sure, but the rules have been changed/ upgraded many times over the years...the "since day one"  comment wasn't made to be taken literally, as I would have limited knowledge of just what the rules were back in 1948....

In recent history...lets say since 1980...I cant think of a single case of someone NOT being suspended.

Bob if Lee is suspended.  Does that mean he can't guess pose in any NPC,IFBB show??

It's odd that the IFBB scolded Sergio for competing in another federation yet when Arnold competed back and forth between the IFBB and the NABBA it seems to have been all good. Could it be because Arnold was "The Golden Child"? Things that make ya go hmmmm....
