That's the past. In the present most uneducated muslims are not literate in any science. Do not judge everything from your pov, as you are an outlier in any given muslim sample.

There's a correlation between countries being less religious and education/wealth. Look at Turkey, they're having election problems because people oppopse the religious candidate because they think we would infringe upon women's rights. As opposed to Pakistan, where a woman who isn't upper class basically has no say or anything. There is a direct correlation between being too islamic and being uneducated/violent.

You are how you act. Let's face the facts, most muslims are peaceful, but there's also a disgruntled population who very well have the ability to turn into militants. These disgruntled people are in the east as well as the west. They sink deeper into Islam and act upon verses they take in from an angry pov.

Yes and no.. If you think terrorism isn't real then you're dead wrong. Of course certain countries benefit from terrorism because it gives them a direct reason to economically exploit host nations, so they're contrived or built up to justify certain things.
