Sami, rarely, i mean rarely does a bodybuilder come around deserving of accolades on his conduct. I will say, you conduct yourself like a TRUE professional, in every sense of the word. There are many who can and should learn from you. Hopefully you can rub off on a few others and create a more positive ambiance, the sport can really use it! I hope all your dreams and aspirations come true. Good luck in your travels and all your ventures.

Face it folks. Everything the IFBB nuthuggers said and tried to do the NOC and PDI failed. They did everything they do make the show not happen and to downgrade the PDI. Well Wayne easily did it and the show happened and it seemed from all the responses that it was awesome. The PDI is on its way and the more momentum it develops the worse for the IFBB. Publications are going to start supporting the show and then more sponsorships. The European shows will be great. A few IFBB promoters are going to be supporting Wayne and start promoting the PDI shows. So bye bye to some of the IFBB shows next year in Europe.

Seriousy Tre do you have something against muslims?? you always need to through in a jab everytime something islamic is mentioned. Ramadan is a very holy month for muslims. And muslim athletes have found many ways to still fast and work their nutrition around for the fasting month. I being one of them. So rather then giving naive advice, why dont you show some respect.

Man, what a physique! In all my year's I've never admired or envied anyone's shape and symmetry, but, I do now!

I am glad we got the chance to become acquainted and become friends. It was great "feeding" you. LOL. HaHa, Now I know your diet secrets!!! ;DLOL.

I am ignorant to the muslim religion. What is the fasting you do for the month? Is there a time during the day you can't eat? or days you can't eat at all?

During the month of Ramadan, the Muslims don't eat during the hours the Sun is up.

Muslims living in Northern Scandinavia, or other parts where the hours sometimes shift greatly, deals with this by following Mecca hours during Ramadan.

This is because Ramadan sometimes occurs in the summer, sometimes in the winter.

If it occurs in the summer, it would be real bad news for Northern Scandinavian Muslims, as the sun never sets.

Or if in the winter, when there sometimes never is light at all, there would not be any fasting at all.
