Will Lee be suspended or not?

Here's something that I am curious about and I'm not trying to stir the pot. Does the IFBB have a rule regarding the procedure as to how and when anyone gets suspended? I mean what if Lee doesn't hear anything and wants to keep in shape? Can he assume that it is OK to enter the Olympia if he hasn't officially heard anything? Just wondering.

The IFBB can make a ruling and fine/ suspend up to the day of the event...there is no time line that must be followed.

It's up to Lee, as to assume one way or another if he's in or out...

I don't think they thought that:
A - the NOC would actually go on, and
B - that Lee would actually do it.

Now they are having a tough time deciding to take one of it's most popular guys off the market.

If the IFBB had any decency they would let Lee know asap rather than drag it out till the 11th hour.

That way, if Lee wanted to appeal the decision a'la restraint of trade, he could then have the matter heard in the appropriate jurisdiction.  ;)

I find Chick's rather smug attitude regarding this rather disgusting. Even while suspended Lee would be an IFBB athlete. I think IFBB athletes need individual representatives/agents instead of one because this one obviously is experiencing a conflict of interest for some reason.

Well..that wouldn't do you much good, as it's a competition, and there is no guarantee (m eaning, you couldn't prove in a court of law) that you would place in the money.

Other than that...I assume you can sell all the merchandise you like, etc......make a bundle, brother!
