Keeping gains

Im going to be getting all of my gear soon here and just had a question about keeping my gains.

 The cycle: 500mg of Test E/wk

                 30mg of D-BOL/wk ( first 4 weeks?) comments....

                  start my PCT 2 wks after last Test injection.(Nolva)

    I plan on dropping the calorie intake a bit after so I dont take on much fat and of course I will continue lifting just as hard
    Now my question is can I expect to keep all,some or none of my gains? or does it vary from different body chemistries?

PCT with this cycle is optional

Wont hurt either way

Are you looking go gain muscle and drop fat?

What are your stats?

You are going to have to eat like a horse figure on BWX20 to get a average of calories per day

And you will definitely be lifting ALOT harder

Yeah,  you guys already dealt with me on this but I never asked about keeping my gains.

  My stats are as follows:  27 yrs old    5'10/ 205 lbs/ around 13% bf.

  ideally I would like to gain muscle AND drop fat but it never seems to  happen like that.

  I appreciate your help.

keeping your gains is up to you.you have to continue to workout and eat right.
after your cycle you just cant take roids and think your gonna get big and keep your gains. A good pct helps a litle as well.

 Yeah, I see what your saying Zeek. I know a guy that did that and he turned into a skinny fat guy( fat body, skinny arms kinda look)

Id have to look in my journal, but I know June 5th was my first day of the cycle I think I was 192

Holy shit... that is ALOT of growth. especially from 190 to 222. what about strength? pretty significant gains there?

Size and strength all all there bro, thats why I am afraid to go off..... I dont wanna lose ANYTHING..

Keep in ming bro I eat 4500+ Calories a day, Mostly clean (thats where the weight comes from)

Id say my BF is right at 10-11%
Abs are ripped
I can fit into my 32" jeans but not too comfortable 33 is perfect

During PCT I'd keep your total calorie intake the same, but I'd recommend a slight decrease in volume...if you are a high volume trainer while on cycle, a slight decrease while off would be prudent IMO. After PCT I'd recommend slightly backing of the calories, without the AAS there is not a need to keep them as high...obviously you still should be eating enough to fuel your training, but you can get away with more food while on cycle. A lot of that is going to depend on your goals...if putting on mass at all cost, regardless of putting on fat, then eat away.

You can get a bigger bang for you buck learning how to properly cycle on as well as learning the proper ways to come off. Taking breaks from AAS will make your cycles for more worth while, plus after you've been on a while, your body just needs a break...at least mine does, I can usually feel it. The only time staying on permanently should be considered, is when you're talking about HRT for a male in his older yrs. And before you make the claim that all pro's stay on year round, yes, some do, but a lot of them do not and they are the ones who have longer better careers IMO.

Here is something untraditional about PCT.you can actualy grow off cycle.I can tell you for a fact that pgf2 works.It is quite interesting.

start like 2 weeks after your last shot.you can stop the a-dex that is used more for water retention.

Dont do more than 40mg Nolva Ed there is no need, 40mg is probally too much anyway.  I would just do 20mg ED for 4-5 weeks.

Another thing that i love doing when i start shrinking after a cycle is a bottle of Esik Clean in my arms ;D.I ended a cycle 3 weeks ago and now my arm is about an inch bigger.
