As for Shawn - I think he is doing fine.   

Emcee of the Olympia - both Friday and Saturday night - with Chick. Beautiful wife. Beautiful daughter. Huge house. Another house on its way.

Ron I would think that all you would have to do is ask Milos of you want any kind of proof. Sounds like Shawn is a lucky man in more ways than one. Makes me wonder even more as to why he is such an ass on here all the time.

He isn't an ass on here. You just have no sense of humor, and probably never liked him in the first place. Shawn's post are great, although I hate to see him toting the IFBB party line these days.  :-\

Shawn does seem to be doing well in life after competition. Maybe that's the reason for the hate...jealousy.

It's because they are now the talk of BB.  Sean is no longer a topic in the BB world at all.  The only time anyone talsk about him is on here.  He is an attention whore and needs that attention.

He also said a guy asked Shawn what his 17 years old kid could do to get bigger and Shawn told him to find some d-bol tabs

Shawn also started false rumors about Lee beating his girlfriends

didnt Milos say say Shawn had a "package" delivered to his gym and claimed it was Melvin Anthonys.  Thought I read that on here, but not sure

You have to understand that back in 2001, King Kamali was talking all this shit in the newspapers about Craig Titus and Shawn Ray without any real provocation. 


Its the reason why Shawn Ray dogs Kamali first.  Basically you do everything you can possibly do in the bodybuilding world and some rookie comes along and publicly badmouths you.  Kamali may have toned down the antics but now that Ray is retired, he's basically getting into his head and simply messing with him for the rest of his career.  Kamali needs to truly ignore all the haters and just compete.  He made a big mistake in using insulin and now he's going to have to work it out.

Haven't been there since 04'.
The investigation into Milos' life began back in 2000, we trained together for the NOC in 03, went to Australia & Ireland, he was at my wedding.
Sorry to say, I'm no longer a BBer and we are no longer friends but I'm happy! ;D

Maybe if you paid his legal bills for that misunderstanding you might be able to train at his gym again. Maybe he will accept $10,000 a year until it is cleared up? Yeah, it is just the internet and a laugh a minute.
