Author Topic: Props to my freind Lee (Read 3944 times)

I have known Lee for over 20 years now and with in that time we have grown to be very close friends with a great understanding for each other , what I would call a close and deep understanding and respect for each other, over those 20 odd years lee has always been the same , he has never compromised who he is and what he believes in, sure there have been times I haven't agreed on lee,s position on some issues and there have been times I have changed his points of view's on things , but all in all he has stuck to his guns , and for that you have to give him respect , he started this whole PDI-IFBB thing as he believed the IFBB held to much of a monoply on the Pro sport and that competition to this monoply was greatly over due , he wanted to see the future of the sport grow and have better conditions for the athletes (the bread and butter of the pro division), he was looking past his rein in the sport and looking to the future , well he has stuck to his confictions and ideals , he looked at what may happen and decided it was all worth the effort (as he has done time and time again) and for that you have to say , well done lee you are a man of passion and worth , and for that you have my forever respect !!

Yeah I know , I actualy didnt know it had a Gay meaning(thats what you were getting at huh)to i got to the states !!!!

Its comes from Nordic origins then to a Celtic backround, my family are of Celtic origin and the origianl spelling is "REINBUE" ( which I have tatooed on my forearms) meaning the arch of a archers bow !! it was transformed into English in the early 1800s and thats where I get it from , so No i am not from a hippy background but I am pretty sure my dad smoked weed though

I thought you might have copped it in NZ? Have you considered changing it to the original spelling?

Rainbow is not actualy used in association with the gay community here or in Aussie , so I have never got any flak over it , actualy it is a very rear name here and in Aussie so I get lots of good comments on it here !!!

But I am pround of my History , I am of Royal blood apparently so thats why I have the origianl spelling and text on my arms !!

The point I was trying to originally make is that Lee has always been the same and his motives in this instance where in his point of view for the betterment of the sport , who else has the balls to follow through with such confiction in this sport , and hey I know and and have spoke to heaps of the Pro,s whom feel the same as Lee but would never do any thing about it , and thats why he gets my respect !!
