Learn how to display your physique. That is not where you put your fists in the front lat spread to make yourself the biggest. Get a tripod and have the camera back further so that it is not looking up at you and that way your arms will look bigger and your shoulders will look wider. Turn your arms so you display them at their thickest. You look okay for a novice. The shape and balance is good.

A trick about shaving body hair. Get some good barber clippers then use them to clip all the long hair. You can then use a Philoshave rasor to remove stubble on the calves and forearms. I leave the stubble on the thighs and back, etc., so that I don't end up with ingrown hairs.
