Rhino u seem like a down to earth likeable person, but your physique sux brah. Your genetics and physique aren't built for the stage you would get smoked at my local events by guys 100 lbs less than you. It's one thing to be too small, too fat, or simply don't know how to pose, but ur structural flaws are painful to look at. please enjoy bodybuilding and keep being a great member of getbig, but please, do not compete in a pro-level show again. Do pro bodybuilding a favor.

Rhino everything about you portrays hard work, keep it up, I can tell you have trained your ass off to get where you are... taking what you have and making the best out of it well done I think you look a lot better in these pictures than at the NOC. I am looking forward to seeing improvements at your next show, hopefully you can dial it in this time and get the placings you deserve.

Thank you Mandy, That means alot.

I have pics of myself the day after, Mandy, you cna post the most muscular and rear double bicep. I am much tighter and better.

I have been soul searching this week, and I have gone from retirement, to next year, to Wayne Demilia telling me to come to europe in October.

I will be in the British NOC and will be fighting for redemtion.

Will I win?? No, but I want to come in the best I can be, the rest I can't control.

I know I am not the best, but for you haters, I HAVE won state shows and better.

As far as not deserving to be a pro? Well, tell the to the 400 people who e-mailed me to keep going.........

If I was a quitter, I would have never gotten this far, If I were to listen to naysayers, hell, I probably would have never been a bodybuilder. I screwed this one up, but one show does not make a career.

I don't know the guy, but his biggest problem is that he just doesn't see himself accurately. Some would say delusional. He just isn't genetically built for bodybuilding. It's not about mis timing, carbing up wrong, flattening out or any of that. Some guys have it. other don't. He makes the mistake of hyping the crap out of himself on the boards, making all sorts of broad predictions, claiming he'll be 250 shredded, blah, blah, blah. The other side of all that self created hype is that when you can't back it up, and he can't because of his genetics, you subject yourself to a lot of negativity and the emotional roller coaster he described. I believe he trains hard and is committed to bodybuilding, but that doesn't change genetics. A 5-5 fat guy who can't jump isn't going to make it to the NBA no matter how many hours a day he shoots baskets. BB just isn't Jack's game.

Rhino didnt do too well at the NOC, but he got on stage, which gets respect, as many of us have not been in front of an audience on stage. Today is a new day, thus new respect - enough of the bashing of the Rhino. Rhino looked much better a day after then the contest, and he will learn next time.

I believe there's alot of peeps on this board thats been up on stage in front of an auience....but it wasn't for a bodybuilding contest.....

What about this burnt thing and taking a break?

Will you compete in the British NOC or not?

Jack, I will give you real and true advice.  Skip the coming shows, take time to relax and rest your body.  During your down time create a well rounded, organized and structured plan. Then, when the time is right (2 months or so) get back and begin your NEW Journey.  Right now, even with your other photos, there are things that you must do to place top 10.  Competing now only delays your progress towards a successful new year in BB.

No prob, big jack.  I'm glad you didn't take any of my bodybuilding critiques personal....I spoke to you with the same honesty that I would hope the people i respect spoke to me, if needed.  When I compete I'm in the same boat you are, as we all are, and no one (even Ronnie) is perfect, physically.  We all need to make improvements.  Some people, like this girl here, have probably NEVER put themselves in the position for the audience, judges and now internet world to critique...f--- them, they are no body's.  I do believe you will look very good in 12 months, surpassing even the greatest critics expectations.

On one hand... I don't think you could ever be a top bodybuilder. The way you looked on stage, and every pic I've seen.. There is no reason for me to think so. You have narrow shoulders, small arms, wide hips - ideal for powerlifting, not bodybuilding. Those who tells you to keep on trying, are IMO not doing you any favors.

Had BB been without hazards and longterm health risks, I would have told you to chase the dream, go for it.

On the other hand, a guy who has squatted the weight you have, and did it as a junior or was it even as a fcuking subjunior? That's some crazy shit. And you're only 38. You got at least 8-9 years left, if you choose to try what you seems to be built for - powerlifting.

Why not try going down that road? I'm sure you will have more success as a powerlifter than as a bodybuilder.

Talentwise, powerlifting is what you clearly does better of the two. Bodybuilding isn't even comparable.

You easily outsquats Ronnie Coleman for fcuks sake!!!

I can apreciate that.. Seriously, I loved powerlifting.

You know whats funny? I benched 661lbs with no shirt(well, one of those old inzer shirts).

They say these new shirts put 400lbs on your bench, if I had that back then, I would have benched 1000lbs at 19 years old!!!!!!

Still though, I'm not sure I could do those feats again, but you do have me thinking......maybe even strongman, that would be fun.

No I never take real critique personally. I apreciate that type of real critisim. I get upset when people say I don't belong up there at all, or to blow my head off because my life is over!!!

You obviously are knowledgeable and I welcome comments from people like you-thats how I can improve
