qustion on nutrition

I've read somewhere that spicy/hot food (chilly, peppers, curry, etc) are naturall fat burners. What are your opninons/experiences on this?

I add spices to most of my meat/chicken meals for taste, but could it be also a source of fat burn?

Please share thoughts.

"Eating spicy foods can help you burn more fat. Hot foods make you sweat and raise your heart rate, which temporarily increases your metabolism."...although you are looking at a very minor effect

some fat burner pills will add cayenne pepper and things like that.

i would say the effects would be minimal at best.....but i have nothing to back up that claim

I hear grapefruit juice will get you pretty diced- tried it for awhile semed to work.
I also heard water with lime juice is suppose to have some kind of cuting effect- have not tried that one yet though.
