you need way more traps, delts, chest, biceps, triceps, forearms, quads, hams, calves, lats, lower back and a different face, other than that you look great.

You don't have to patronize the guy because he is 56, he is not an old man, you guys are such ageists. 56 is young and there are guys with amazing builds out there at 56 and higher looking better and healthier than this dude (sorry but Im sure you agree). Actually prescribed hormones starts around the early 40's, but I guess your not too late.
