Howard, it was a pretty simple diet: carbs in the morning, a cup of oats, and after the workout 35grams
of sugar.No more carbs than that ,just vegetables and sometimes an apple.
Protein in all 7 meals, about 30-40 grams. That`s it.

I forgot, I did about 2 hours/day  cardio untill 2 weeks out when I did just an hour.

That is the best compliment he could get, I think.

I know he is not though, and I know it's possible to look like that at that age, because I've seen a 61 year old look almost as good, although not as cut.

Thanks Hedge; ofcourse you are right, I have a couple of friends in my old country Spain that they are at my age,and look as good as me; they don`t train as hard as me but they have better genes.

I think you could've challenged for a top spot w/ a more sound training /diet strategy.Impressive considering the mistakes you made.

No doubt you have only scratched the surface concerning your potential...yes even at 56!
