Howard, it was a pretty simple diet: carbs in the morning, a cup of oats, and after the workout 35grams
of sugar.No more carbs than that ,just vegetables and sometimes an apple.
Protein in all 7 meals, about 30-40 grams. That`s it.
I forgot, I did about 2 hours/day cardio untill 2 weeks out when I did just an hour.
