If Bast was as tall as Zane he would compare pretty well.
Bast you should work on expanding your ribcage since your lats are low enough you could make a killer torso.
Work your neck cause its too scrawny.
As for legs this is what I want you to start doing:
16 sets of squats and 4 sets of regular squats twice a week! Along with hamstrings 8 sets total of different curls should do the trick.
Now as for calves!! You need to start training them everyday for 45 minutes at a time. 20-40 sets of low to high reps ranges including many dropsets, supersets, superslow sets and so on.
And forget about ever juicing because you don't need it.
