King Kamai is a very worthy competitor..... I think he finally came to realize that he need to make training and not drugs and carbohydrates his priority. His DVD is a prime example of how shitty his training is. He uses weights that are way to heavy for him and rarely uses full extention on anything. He needs to stop getting so fat in the offseason and utilize a "lean" offseason meal plan similar to Jay. King does have mad potential, and next year I think he'll shock quite a few people if he can manage to learn from his mistakes.

Kamali is establishing himself as a very competitive mid level second tier bb. He can't do shit at the larger IFBB show's,but he's slowly climbing the ladder at the smaller competition's.(ie; Montreal,Atlantic City)
