infact i do have a logitech webcam and have weights in my basement the problem is in need an adapter extension cord of sorts to run the webcam to the basment where the weights are. my weights are kinda dirty n such and would mess up the house, but i might just bring them in anyhow, i will prove this

Ok Onlyme, let's get real.  I don't give a f**k what gym you go to there are very few individuals who can cheat curl 300 lbs and possibly no one who can strictly curl that weight.  I have seen that pic of David Paul curling the 150 lbs dumbbells.  It certainly is not a strict curl and who knows if the dumbbell is real?  Personally, I believe it is real but I also know he swung that dumbbell like a bitch when he curled it.

Exactly thats like when I swing the 125 pound dumbells for incline presses.
just push some weight!

Do it and prove to fat whale man that you don't have to be out of shape to curl big weights.
just push some weight!

absolutely not. see it all the time, but i don't recall the last time i've seen them come all the way down behind the neck. david paul certainly do them that way. i know he didn't and i challenge anyone to show me evidence to the contrary.

i don't like that exercise, not if you want to keep your shoulders functional anyway. so i don't really care how they're done with that kind of weight, stupid in any case.

You're really embarrassing yourself here. There are probably thousands of guys who can press 315 behind the neck. It's an incredible feat of strength, but not at all impossible for someone as insanely strong as they were.

Some people are just naturally strong. My dad saw the famous wrestler Superstar Billy Graham do standing presses with a pair of 150 lb dumbbells for around 10 reps at a gym in Dallas. He just walked in the gym and pressed the dumbbells overhead without any warmup. The guy barely even trained, but could still bench around 450 lb. Weaklings like you will never lift that kind of weight, bad form or not.

hey tool, if you're going to quote me READ THE FUCKING QUOTE. i stated that i 'see it all the time.'

btw, i was talking about 315lb curls, not presses stupid. presses are a whole different story and who gives a fuck re your wet dream about your dad seeing you naked in the shower and blah blah blah...

i have no problem with 315 behind head press (i won't call it behind neck because i know it wasn't, but don't assume to know what i know about the subject matter. that just makes you ignorant.

i know for a fact that those 150lb d.b curls had very little to do with training biceps and everything to do with ego training which the twins were notorious for. they got away with there ridiculous training because they took a boatload of drugs.

maybe if you actually trained your muscles in the gym keith and not your ego you might have ACTUALLY been 'competing' as opposed to telling b.s stories on a message board.

Son, I am pretty confident I trained harder than you could even dream of.  Please don't try to navigate around the fact you know nothing about this subject.  Nothing.  You are a typical guy who when he can't do something others can come on here and try to discredit them or say its bullshit to make you feel better about yourself since no way in hell will you ever be able to lift these kinds of weights.  And what B.S. stories do I tell.  My lifts have been witnessed.  I don't sugarcoat anything.  SOn, give it up, you are looking like a troll on here.  And since we don't know who you are or what you look like then I guess it doesn't matter.  An advantage you have on a message board.  But, in real life you would be embarrased.

Oh my, you are defintiely a wannabe.  Son give it up you are embarrassing yourself.  You have NO idea what you talk about.  And I could do 315 easy for 10 BNP with pauses all the way down and up.  If you trained at a real gym like Golds on Sahara and Decatur back in 2000 or 2001 you would of been able to see me do it.  Kid, you either train at a YMCA or a health spa.  That is why you can't realize people can do this.  I understand now

Keith, when do you think you will be able to grab the video of you doing the OHP with 350lbs? (seated or standing)

Personally, I would love to see that, big fella

First off Chris I don't remember saying allot of people can do this.  If Ray Mentzer was still alive he could tell you.  Max Rep has seen me do it.  I really don't need to justify my lifts.  Its easy to see just ask people in the gym.  See I don't to take videos of me doing what I did.  Pluus in 1987 I didn't thnk of it.  DO it now?  No way.  Is theree a way I could work back up to it yes.  But who knows.  And also I never said strict curls either.  WHen I did them I could do 3 pretty dam strict reps with Ray helping on the last 2 or 3 reps.  I can guarntee you Daivd swung those wieghts.  But, that isn't an issue.  He was doing an exhibition.  People want to see the weight go up.  And believe me 99% of the guys on here who say Wow he did it but it wasn't strict still couldn't do that kind of weight if the cheated too and that includes you.  SO don't get in a debate with me.  I have nothing to prove to you or anyone. I don't have or ever had that kind of ego like you.  I just did it and never had to brag about it to impress people.

Keith aka onlyme is a beast who is probably one of the best pressers i've ever heard of, i'll admit that i was skeptical of his lifts at one time but i believe that Keith is honest about what he did and from looking at his pics definitely had the size to do these lifts.

Keith, I know you said you thought you looked fat in the picture of you pulling the tyre, but I disagree mate, you can clearly see your traps looking huge, if anything, I would say you like like a juicer ;)

I agree with Sarcasms above post, for fucks sake you weigh about 300lbs LOL

That is Magnus Samuellson (sp?) and he has some of the strongest arms for curling in the world!  The guy broke another guy's arm in while armwrestling in a WSM competition.

What you are seeing there is about as good as it gets.

Read the post I was referring to before you get in a huff.  You asked what sort of gym people go to and why can't they see people curling 300 lbs?  There are VERY few men in the world who can curl 300 lbs.  As a percent of the population it is almost nothing.  That was my point.

As to your ego and mine, who knows?   I do know that you have made your lifting ability known on this board and who you have known and so on which certainly implies a certain degree of ego or wanting to impress others.  I do the same to some degree.

Chris

And you equate breaking a guys arm being strong.  Well then god damm I am twice as strong since I have broken two guys arms.  One in Texas (the pic) and Bruce Wey at the83' Nationals.  He is the guy on Over the Top who drinks th oil.  There was a 175 pounder who actually broke 3 guys arms in one contest.  It was the first time he ever competed.  After the 3rd guy he started crying and quit and went home.  Breaking a guys arm means nothing abut strength.  God Chris I hope you don't debate me on this too.

Chris I have no ego at all.  And to tell the truth I never have.  I never went around bragging what I did.  I never thought I needed to.  My problem now is I have to bring up my past cause at the moment that is all I have and it's the only way to validate what I say.  I like this place and I like the fact that most people respect me even though I look the way I do.  And I think it is because at least I a past that may be worth talking about.  It was when i was the strongest and it was when I was in shape.  That is why I don't challenge anyone on here now.  Why would I.  I suck.  I have admitted how fat I am.  I am pretty stupid if I don't realize I am a slob now.  I went from going to the gym twice a day to several years of not going at all.  I am back in the gym (or was) and I was getting my strength back and taking off fat.  But, I still have a way to go.  I have set my target now for the ASC next year.  I am hoping to go.  But, no matter what, I say what I say from experince and from actual events.  And whenI have a pic to prove it I post it.  I have no videos cause really back then we didn't think about it and I didn't have a video camera.  Believe me I wish I had.
