That's not even high 20's....I was 29% when I started my diet and I was a LOT fatter than that. My guess would be 20%-18%.

Most everyone at any gym is about that fat.

In 230s or so.

No Cardio. Lifting every other day.

Ice Cream and cookies,Pizza and Mcdonalds to get lean.

Chicken Breast and Protein powder if you want to get fat.....Thats what I did.

No.

My power to weight is WAY higher now.

IT is a TOTAL misconception that you lose muscle or strength.

The ability to lift a larger amount of poundages is not an indicator of strength if your bodyweight is high.  Strength has fuck all to do with muscle at that.  Most of all, it is just a simple mechanical advantage to lift more when you are fat or "bigger".

IT won`t equate into a larger muscle.  

Lifting heavy weight at a lighter bodyweight in proportion means you are in fact stronger relatively.

Of course some will drop because I am at less of a mechanical advantage with a waist in the 20s versus a 38 or 39 inch waist and fat arms.

People get duped and think strength equals muscle.  No thats not it at all.  It has more to do with being at a mechanical advantage.

I could break AAU records now most likely in power to weight.  Before it would be difficult.

This is my true strength and not "Mechanical Strength"

well your strength will go up when you're not in a caloric deficit too of course.

Reason I ask is because I read an article about a month ago on Olympic weightlifters in the smaller weight classes. It said that these guys would purposely cut their calories to stay at a certain weight, but the amazing thing is that their strength didn't suffer at all, in fact they were still getting stronger in preparation for the competition. I was just trying to see if anyone else experienced this.
