Yes, I'll definitely get help next time around from Dr Joe or someone who specializes in natural bodybuilding. I trained twice a day 6 days a week for 8 weeks for this show, practiced posing, and dieted pretty hard. However, looking good is one thing but a person who looks great onstage will make you look like crap.

In the meantime, I'll enjoy the time off, get patched up and keep training until next time

Uh, no you can't. Your physique in front of a camera are no proper comparison to getting onstage at a bodybuilding show. You have no earthly idea in the difficulty of doing a bodybuilding show nor have you ever done it before. If you were even in the show, you would have taken 3rd to me. You'll see the pictures later and see just how wrong you are about me. In fact, you are not even in my league

Stavios, wood, Rhino....I could accept advice from them as they have been but not from someone who's never been onstage where you are judged for all that you are worth. Its a lot different out in the open than in the comforts of home where you can choose the shots you wish to put up

Good effort Melvin, you got up there and competed. Sure you might have got your ass handed back to you, but you went through with it.

i was helping the wifey get the house ready for a baby shower for one of her co-workers yesterday so i didn't get time to take it for repairs.

The Mr Getbig should not be accepted as an actual bodybuilding contest. Its about the same as the EAS Body For Life.

Why do you get on stage then? You know conditioning is extremely important and often the most important factor in competitive bodybuilding. Usually the most ripped guy wins.
