I had to try to explain this to a dude at my gym, UFC fighters don't train in a normal gym they train in basically a boxing gym and Getbig.com is not for UFC fighters

That's funny, I can bet there are some PRIDE fighters that are probably bigger and more muscular than you, while being a professional fighter. Must suck to be terrible at life like yourself.

That fight was freaking awesome! It's amazing just how much more skilled Penn is than Matt. Although I was rooting for him, I didn't give Penn a chance in hell of doing well in this fight. He owned Matt in those first two rounds. And then, he beat himself in round three...lazy SOB! His tank was completly empty and he got his ass handed to him. Less surfing and more cardio for the next fight...

What's this about his ribs being injured?

Great fight and Penn looked fantastic for 2 rounds unfortunately for him Hughes just gets stronger the longer a fight goes on. Hughes was in complete control in round 3, very impressive.

Hughes vs. St. Pierre is going to be one of for the ages. I can't think of a fight I'd rather see.

He says he seperated his ribs towards the end of round 2 in his new interview. If you watch the fight you can see him trying to guard his ribs at one point in round 3. I actually believe him because he was doing fine after round 2 and then 5 minutes later, with 3 of those sitting down in his corner, he comes out completely gassed.

You know also BJ took this fight with a months notice. He wasn't ready. I can't say that is his excuse but thats all I can off for his cardio.
