Negative Houston.
I love when some girl has long legs with blonde hair and people automatically assume she is hot.  Terrible face and no rack in site.  And implants are an automatic DQ.  Simply gross.
It's all opinion though, but mine is usually right ;D

When you're that tall, it isn't nearly as hard to build 20" arms. I've seen basketball players with 18" arms who barely even worked out. They can hold a lot more muscle than the average man because their bone structure is so huge. They might not look very impressive on their own, but up close they are gigantic.

I would not be surprised if at their largest they might have taped 22.

you have to remember a few things:

1. he was a legit 6'6/6'7 and weighed 330 at his heaviest according to his book. This is a lot bigger than almost any pro.

keep in mind that this is not a muscular arm, like a pro in contest shape, so the fat around it will increase the measurement.

but I doubt they were 24 inches.

ronnie in 2003 arms looked way way bigger than Hulks ever did and I doubt even they were 24 inches on stage:

sorry hulk

Hogan is 6'5" tops. Wrestling may be the only sport with more exagerations and lies than bodybuilding.

Thunderlips, weighing in at 450lbs, 27" arms! The biggest most powerful man in the universe.  ::)
VS
Rocky, weighing in at a buck 80, 15" arms, but yet somehow stands a chance.

I met Hulk in tampa florida in the 90's, and as far as his height goes, let me just say this:

with cowboy boots on, I would be willing to bet he was close to 7 feet in height.

seriously.

Thus, 6'7 does not surprise me.

not all things in wrestling are exaggerated.

most of them, yes.

but not all:

anyone who ever saw Andre close up knows how huge he was (closest I got was about 10 rows away).  Hogan  was a huge guy

I worked out at the same time as Hulk Hogan 1981 thru 1985 at Mike Katz World Gym East in Hamden, CT every day the WWF was not on the road. He isn't any taller than 6'5". Andre was maybe 6'9 or 6'10". He was not 7'4". Hogan 7" in cowboy boots? Your crazy. Do you have any idea how tall that is?

maybe he grew from 1985 to 1991? 8)

I am just going from memory, but I recall he was huge.

I do have to ask one obvious question, especially after seeing Andre live:

if Andre was only 6'9 and not 7'4, how tall was everyone he was ever seen with?

5'4??

people are alway trying to claim that every number in wrestling is fake.

but there are some that are not.

if you have ever seen this footage (on his dvd and video) you realize that the man was a human elephant.

Did andre die from age or did his size lead to a sickness or something??

from my undestanding his genetic size (due to a disease which I can't remember the name of) obviously placed an enormous strain on his heart.

he died of heart failure at 47 I believe. I recall reading that this was 10 years older than the average age of death for someone with his affliction.
