Triple-V owns Arvilla on muscularity and shape. Triple-V has legs.

But he's at least 12 weeks out.

To beat Arvilla, Triple-V needs to diet for another 12 weeks, then it's game over.

I think it would be better for vince to post his pictures (which are presumably clearer) in order to make a decent judgement. He looks improved in areas (though not necessarly conditioning).

Hey, Only me, the event of the year went down and we left it to amateurs to capture. Those schoolboys were at home biting their nails hoping for a placing in the Mr Getbig. Imagine being 70 km away and not being there? That qualifies for some award, don't you think? Not one clear image so far. Naturally Venom Vince is not completely void of sense so we won't be seeing his contributions. What a missed opportunity.

hey guys,
it seems to me that vince has gained quite a bit more muscle , compared to the last pics. Yes he was not in shape, but is definetly improving muscle wise. Defienetly lacks back and glute thickness, surprising actually since he is a blackman. I say take 2 years off to train and gain weight. Start testosterone depot injections weekly, increase your calories, and ilft very heavy. 24 months later you will be a monster. Ive seen it many times. I am it $:-\$
