im coming to the end of my first cycle, 500mg of test ethanate a week and 500mg of equipoise, loved it and very happy with results.  I have 4 weeks left and need advise on PCT.  Also if i could be advised on my next cycle would be great

Id just use some nolvadex for 3-4 weeks

start at 40mg and taper down. maybe a few shots of HCG- but that might not even be necessary.

I personally like the cycle you are running. wouldnt change it- maybe would have added some dbol or Tbol for the first few weeks.

WW is right. As far as your next cycle, there's a bazillion things you could do, if you want advise you need to outline some sort of plan. Just give basic idea of what you'd like to run and what your goals are.
