I remember reading an interview on Lee a few years ago and i believe it said he hadnt trained his abs for something like 4 years. Yet come showtime he still has a ripped 8 pack that stands out with the best of them. Can someone maintain that level of muscularity without trainnig them? Its amazing if he managed it, as weve all seen how "big" his stomach gets off season

When you think about it abs are really trained on their own through every exercise. Squats, Shoulder Press, BB Rows, etc, etc all activate the core muscles and with Lee's BB genetics it is even easier to have great abs for him. I rarely train abs and I have decents abs.

He's known for his arms, but I think he probably has the best abs in bodybuilding too. anyone else agree on this?

hahaha ok! but yeah i love all those pics, how long ago was that done?? you can never tell with you because you change your hairstyle so much its hard to keep up with your age! 2 years ago you looked a bit older, now you look 24 again

Thaty was 98 i remeber cause i had a big bucket of kfc just before photo shoot.I was weighing 228 in that pic

as long as his bodyfat is low his abs show. everyone got them. when i was 10 years old i had abs all over the place and that's cause i had no fat there.
