Explain how I would magically be fuller?
I can't explain 100% how muscles grow or shrink. as a matter of fact, no one can. When it comes to nutrtion and dieting I only speak from experience because we are all different. For myself when I keep my diet protein rich, meaning I try to have a few protein heavy meals during the day, my body reacts favorably. I feel better,i'm stronger fuller....all that good shit. When i eat mainly carbs and fats I feel like a bag if assholes. I;m not saying go fvcking Jay Cutler and jam your head in a jug of protein, more of a happy medium.
