Here is what I have been doing the past 3 or 4 weeks, at a depleted weight of 195-197, depending on the day. For a LIFETIME natural, I will put these numbers up against anyone...anyone who could see the veins in their obliques, inner-legs and all of their back when then performed these. I LAUGH at guys like TA when I read this forum. That dude is 2-3% more bodyfat higher in those pics than I've been at for WEEKS....and he's PROUD of looking like that at 160!!!!!!! LMAO!!!
Back
One-armed rows - 150 pound dumbells for 5 clean, straight, non-cheatging reps. Performed last Tuesday in the middle of a back workout at 196.
Pull-ups - 2 45's straped to my waist for 5 reps. Performed 2 days ago at 195.
Chest
115 incline dumbell presses - performed today...at 193...for 6 reps. This was in the middle of a workout.
Hammer-strength incline presses - 4 45's and a 10 on each side for 5 reps. Today...at 193...
Legs
Squats - 425 for 4 at a weight of 194. Done last Monday. This was after 4 heavy sets of squats...and I did a drop set of 315 for 8 then 275 for 8 at the end of this set...
Calves
11 Plates on each side of the leg press for 6 reps on the toe press - And this is being careful. I could honestly go heavier but I don't want to risk injury.
Biceps
A TON of sets with 65 pound dumbells consisting of my heaviest (but not last) working standing set for 5 reps on each arm...with strict form.
EZ Bar Curls - 2 45's and a 25 on each side for 5 reps...at the END of a workout...at 193....with a drop-set afterwards.
Triceps
I don't even know where to begin on this one. I'll just say that I do V-Bar press downs at 140 for 5 on my last set on this exercise...my second...for 5 reps. This is after working up to 260 with the rope for 5 reps to end this exercise...for 5...after 5 working sets.
Shoulders
First off, my SECOND trap exercise is straight barl shrugs. I finish this at 455 for 6 reps at 194 (what I did last friday). This is after doing almost 600 pounds on the hammer shrug machine for my first exercise...as part of my last set...for 5.
Presses....260 for 5 on my last set...after 3 heavy sets preceeding this. I also perform 4 sets at around 50 pounds for lateral raises after my presses and then rear delt movements for up to 205 on the peck deck (for what it's worth) for 5.
I can list other individual movement for you "naturals" on here, but I will tell ever single one of you that you aren't shit to me. You are nothing. I look at guys like TA and Alex on here and laugh. With a carb-depleted BF of around 5% I'm stronger than either of you on your BEST fatass day. You are NOTHING to me. I've yet to see a "natural" guy post on here who is worth a shit. You 2 are amatuers at the very best. When either of you see the veins in my shoulders/quads/abs/chest/arms/calves/back, you'd accuse me of being on drugs. That's what inferior SOB's like you do. Until you realize that there are guys that bust their ass FAR beyond what either of you clowns are capable of MENTALLY doing, on top of eating hard-core year round, you will continue to hate on guys like me. If you saw me, you'd claim that I'm on drugs, diuretics, anti-estrogen compounds, etc., when, in reality, I have simply outworked your sorry, lazy, pathetic asses.
The "Natural" guys that post on here regularly are a disgrace. There isn't a lifetime natural guy that posts on here that is even close to me, which adds to the laughter each time I read this forum.
