I would say the "easiest" would be the quad...

First my cycle I did legs and shoulders, but my shoulders were canoon-balls before I started so that is why.

What part did you inject?

quads are usually pain free besides the initial prick for me...

I feel for the first shots the glutes are best.  I have gotten the least pain shooting there.  Just stay in the upper outer portion.  Delts are amazingly easy also.  Quads are pretty simple too, but they are a little freeky to pin at times.

I only do delts and glute now a days
When I started I did tricep all the time that area is painless which is cool.
Quad was impossible  for me I try to stick the needle in but it just won't go through either the muscle or the skin is too tight.

I heard glutes were a bad spot for first timers.  Most first timers carry a decent layer of fat leftover in their glutes and AAS should be injected deep in to muscle tissue.  I would go for quads and shoulders.

Thats why you should use a 1.5 pin if not fairly lean.  From the begining of time gear heads have shot thier glutes, its a big muscle and can take a load of gear.  The reason to shoot other areas is to prevent too much scar tissue from forming.

Strange generalization about first timers being fat asses, use a 1.5 pin if you are a lard ass. if you got more fat than that, then someone has no right to be using gear

VERY few people have more than an inch of subq fat on their upper, outer glutes.  glutes are almost always painless for me, and quads never hurt either, after the initial poke.  delts can be painfull, depending on what kind of aas, and how much.  anything over about a ml shoulg not be put in a delt, for me at least, just due to pain the next day.

Not strange at all.  Everyone knows most guys start using gear a little too early.  Combine people who haven't mastered perfect contest dieting with newbies, especially those in a bulking mindset, and it would be easy to see them injecting into ass fat.  It's not smart but it happens.

Just my two cents.

After the first cycle, I went on 4 points, 1 week left side, ass cheek then rear delt, 2nd week other ass cheek and other rear delt. always go in a clockwise fashion, that way I never forget were I shot last. I've done as much as 3ml in my rear delt with no problems, but as said before I suppose it depends on the gear your using. I did prop and tren acetate in my rear delt once....oh my fuckin god, couldn't sleep on that side for 4 days. Brutal!

The glute is th easiest since their or less nerves and veins there.
The shoulders are my second choice.
I can never shoot my quads.
I always hit a nerve everytime I try.

I just pinned my quad yesterday, 2nd shot of my first cycle, and when I woke up I could barely walk. I walk a lot at my job, and I limped around for 8 hours at work.  Was going to be a leg day at the gym, but not anymore.  Not sure what I did wrong, but it didn't hurt while injecting other than a slight sting as the needle went in. No visible bruising, but massaging the shit out of it until I couldn't stand it anymore didn't help.  No more quad for me, I think.
