You have it wrong. YOUR WAYS don`t work. And I proved it.
The bodybuilding truth:
1) A good offseason bodybuilder only has to lose 30 pounds to be in contest shape, 40 at the most. You had to lose 70 pounds which proves you know jack squat about staying in reasonable offseason shape for one.
2) A good natural bodybuilder is 200 pounds at your height [five eleven], you were 158 pounds, which proves that your 42 pounds of lean muscle mass away [a lifetime] from even being considered a 'good' bodybuilder and shows you know jack squat about building muscle mass for two.
3) Because you are close to 6 foot and only weigh in at 158 pounds lean [which is basically a glorified long distance runner], you have proven your training skills, your genetics, and above all else your nitwit dieting knowledge are pitiful at best.
The following old man could tan, shave down and put posing oil on, and go thru all the incredible investment in time you did getting the lighting just right. He would look just as [good?] and as muscular as you, but it obviously doesn't make him a 'bodybuilder', which you aren't either. There is a marathon out there with your name on it mate.
