Would you mind working one out for me? I weigh 197 I am about 5'11. If not could you direct me to where I could figure it out. Just curious to know.

I had my bf tested by calipers at my gym. It was 11 percent so i would assume my bf is between 11 and 14 percent right now.

These were taken in 2003. two pictures taken 13 weeks apart.. That is what you call a body change.. Mindspin you are cool so I will be sad to beat you. TA it will be a pleasure to crush you.... If you are questioning my results you obviously know sh&t bout BB. I learned quite bit from a Swiss pro. Milos knows him. Milos his first name starts with a P and last name with a T.

Anyway.. I am not big but my body sure changed...

You will need my instruction if you want to do this accurately.

There are other neat things that go along with this, such as you can predict down to the exact hour, just how you are going to look if you want,bodyfat wise.

Now I didn`t test this on myself this time around, but my logic and science is THAT FUCKING SOUND, that I can do this.

Keep in mind, all this while eating all the goodies YOU can handle.

When I started dieting I was 214 lbs. On colored pics I was aroung 185 and on the black and white pic I was 177 lbs. I am 5'7"

I started my diet with about 300 gr of protein / 150 of carbs/ 50 gr of fat.. But I did zigzag it quit a bit... It worked great for me.
