Having said that, Marcos 'BIGFORFUN' Chacon, congratulations for making it to the pros!!!!!!!!! Be very smart and chose the right paths for developing your phisique in the best possible way for your structure. Learn the lesson form the likes of Kamali, and don't let wrong choices to spoil the hardwork of a lifetime. Play to your strenghts advantage, and don't go the mass by mass wrong way. Pay your respects to simmetry, dude. Give attention to your legs, broaden up the shoulders and put more mass on the chest, all the while trying to keep the waist in place. It's very hard, but this is the fun part of the game of being a bodybuilder. If it was easy, everybody would be sporting an Arnold's physique onstage , and that's hardly what we witness on a regular basis.

Most important, keep loyal to bodybuilding. You definitely belong to this game!

Looks like you began over-eating in hopes of gaining size. All the famous Palumboism victims over-eat to gain size also. Do what Chick said he does to maintain his waist: space out your meals, no gh or slin ever. I can't remember what else he said. And someoen mentioned Toney Freeman uses pills for colon cleansing to maintain his waist, because some food stuff sticks in your stomach. Advice from the pros.
