This is already old news, but I figured I might as well post it here before Scimowser posts it some time tommorrow. Shamrock says it's already signed, although I wouldn't put it past him to stall this fight out or flake out all together. If this fight does happen, I say, Shamrock by superior cardio.

Is Baroni confirmed? If so, I've gotta bet Shamrock; he's more well rounded than Phil...

Phil will pretty much fight anyone,(I'm not saying he'll win though) It's Shamrock I'm worried about.

ha ha yes it is old news, infact im sure i mentioned something about this fight a good while back. But thanks for contributing! Im thinking If Frank can avoid Phils punches and go to ground he should win with relative ease. Phils bombs are scary though, he punches like a cannon

Frank will sub Baroni. Baroni will gas. Phil always has the puncher's chance, however.

that cant be done im afraid, Ken has truely fucked his legacy by continuing to fight on. Beating Kimo means nothing when hes lost against everyone else for the last 3 years, had he retired in 2000 he would have been worshipped instead of laughed at.

shamrock will win, i think phils only chance is if he can stay standing and catch frank with a big swing, cause theres no way he can beat him if it goes to the ground

Ya think any of the people laughing at him have even close to his fighting record? Or do you think the people laughing most are guys that hang on fight boards and won't ever (even in their dreams) have 1 fight in ufc/pride or any of the top companies? I think the latter.

look Ken had a chance to retire with a very impressive record and a solidified reputation as one of the very best, he has now retired as a joke and a journeyman. Hell he had his arse handed to him easily - and i do mean easily - by more than 1 fighter in his last "fights". He was there to pick up a big pay day, he couldnt compete against those guys. Big deal he beat Kimo, who the fuck is he in MMA? A no mark! Dont get me wrong Ken is one of my all time top 3 favourite fighters but he made a joke out of himself by trying to carry on. He should have retired in 99-00

I read on Sherdog that due to Baroni's Pride contract this fight is no longer going ahead. Is this correct?

I would love to see NYBA have a CHANCE of taking Frank's head off. The reality is, if this fight were to occur, Frank would take it to the ground and submit him.
