imo, you have to find a balance of size, shape, and most importantly aesthetics and balance while staying lean but not too lean. that guy above is too lean in a real world sense, he only appeals to bbing fans.
that said, imo no one has the perfect combination of all listed above except for this man:

well I don't have all the pics in front of me but from what I remember.

weaKNESSES: triceps, legs, wide hips, long underdeveloped forearms.

strengths: conditioning in the arms and upper to mid back, biceps, deltoids

everything not mentioned is passable.

My ideal physique would have overpowering forearms, delts and calves. Not the face of Elijah Wood and a giraffe neck like the initial post.
