I'm not much of a fan of Chris, but let's keep in mind what he went through.....not that we know the truth still

I'm sure he hasn't been training, and he probably was not able to eat much bb food while in the hospital

How do they do it? Pros I mean, training, all that hard work dedication, , sacrifice, to know once they are off the gear, say BUH bye...where as naturals, your good to go, all you have to worry about is your diet, so you dont get fat.....its hard to shrink as a natural...
