Clive Owen, Edward Burns, Hugh Jackman (If he came over dressed up as Wolverine there would be no complaints.) All three because they have smoldering/evocative eyes.  Edward Burns is funny and witty. The other two have great accents.

Speaking on a males behalf, I would have to say my favorite celeb in terms of looks has got to be Eva Longoria.  :)
